Retrofitting nav steering wheel buttons onto non-nav steering wheel?

These aren't Nav/non-nav as much as touring or non-touring. My 40th doesn't have nav but it has all the buttons. You probably could wire it up but it might be

My 40th doesn't have nav but it has all the buttons. You probably could wire it up but it might be pricey and honestly there is a lot of statements that show the buttons don't work 100% correctly with the aftermarket HUs so I wouldn't bother.
