I have the oem spoiler installed myself since i have a non sports touring. I noticed there are some tiny holes on the 3m tape that comes with the spoiler so i just bought some black silicon and use a toothpick to fill up the holes/patch it up. No problems so far.
And as for the water dripping, its probably like what the others said cause the first thing i do is to open the hatch half way for the water to run down while preventing any from dripping into the trunk, then i let it open fully and do the inside of the trunk/hatch before i do the body. I am thinking of investing in a blower or a small air compressor. the thing that bother me the most is the water that gathers inside the side mirrors. I usually wash the car friday evenibg after work and there will still be water in it when i drive it a day or two later. |
