Can this be buffed/cleaned out.

I'm not a body or paint expert. The very light stain was caused by the owner having to have a license plate on the front, as you can see in the pics it's very very light.

If anyone has safe suggestions please hit me up.

Looks like you can touch up. HOWEVER, I just learned an expensive lesson as I tried to repair a scratch myself. Ended up having a body shop paint. The body shop manager indicated it would have cost me $50 if they repaired the scratch. Learned my lesson.

It's not a scratch. There is no body damage at all. It's just a very very light stain from the license plate. Probably drove it in the rain.

scrub, use clay bar, polish, you can fix that most likely... worth a shot, it will only help.

Just use a mild polish such as Meguiar's Ultimate Polish if you want to get something from an auto parts store, follow the directions, buff off the polish, and wax it. It should be as good as new.

I use to use turtle wax polishing compound. It worked like a charm on tons of scrapes, scratches, and stains.

Also you can buy factory matched bumper plugs to cover up the licenses plate holes if you dont want those screws on there.

Thank you and yes I do. If I ever do get pulled over for it I'll just take the 25 dollar fine.
