Can this be buffed/cleaned out. I'm not a body or paint expert. The very light stain was caused by the owner having to have a license plate on the front,

Can this be buffed/cleaned out.

I'm not a body or paint expert. The very light stain was caused by the owner having to have a license plate on the front, as you can see in the pics it's very very light.

If anyone has safe suggestions please hit me up.
