Default Burned out unlock light

This is an odd one... 09 Z34 touring and when I bought it the Unlock button light was out on the driver's side door. Any reason why it would go out so soon like that? It doesn't bother me terribly but I'd like to fix it. Is that something I should just do on my own or would the warranty take care of it?

OK, I just got a response from my dealer saying the Unlock button does not have a light??? How does that work, all the other buttons on my driver door panel have lights in them...

Every other button on the panel has a light though, why in the world would the unlock button not have a light?

Yup. I stopped at my dealer for the same thing as was told that the unlock has no light.

Sure seems backward.
