Lightbulb Accolade Body Kit for the Z....

Ok as everyone knows, the Zele body kit is rediculously expensive! No one in their right mind would spend the money on that thing. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome kit, but the price is just down right stupid! Anyway, now that I'm done ranting about that, I have found that Accolade makes the Z-Speed kit for the Z and is the exact same kit as the Zele. Or did Accolade make the Zele kit and they are 1 in the same? I have known a lot of people to have mixed reviews about Accolade and their fitment though. Does anyone know anything about this kit? I have emailed them for pricing but they still haven't gotten back to me. I can't post pics from work but here's the site. Nissan 370z ZSPEED Body Kit* ACCOLADE

I'll post pics later this evening when I get home.

well, by the link u posted...it looks like theyre the same. the pics are of the signature orange 370z of Zele. and that was probably at TAS cuz it was next to Zeles GTR. we need a company like Shine to make replicas of these.

I was thinking that this WAS a replica, but I need to find some more info on it. I really like the kit but I'm sure as hell not paying that price for a body kit that I will probably scratch up anyway.

Wow, I am sure that Zele would be thrilled that a company is using pics of their 370Z to sell rip off replicas of their body kits. Even if Accolade does make Zele's kits for them, it is still pretty messed up to release the same kit under your own name at a cheaper price. Either way its bad business.

Wow hrm.. This sucks. Even though the Kit was very expensive the likelyhood of seeing 1000 of them was low. Im sure this kit will be more main stream now.

If Im going to buy this kit I would make sure its the real deal. Fitment quality etc.

They are using ZELE pictures which is not right. If they want to make their own replica kit, their first step should be - a. make the kit; b. take some pictures of the "ACTUAL" kit on the Z.

accolade is notorious for making horrible fitment replicas.

It would be hard to believe they have a kit made and copied already when I know legit companies who sell the Zele kit havent even recieved them in stock yet!

I hear good and bad about the fitment of Accolade. I guess it depends on the car though. Either way, I think we all agree that it was a snake move on their part.

The zele kit is so expensive because it comes straight from japan... I would think...

If they made the thing here in the US as well I am sure they could shave a good few hundred off those prices.

Eventually I hope to buy a authentic Zele kit. And personally I hope it stays pretty exclusive. Zs seem to be the tuner car of choice in my area and I would hate to go into town on a friday night and see 5 other cars with the same set up as mine....
