I've heard good things about these. My wife is thinking about them for her Mini (tiny mirrors). Doesn't solve the size / placement issue, but should help with blindspots. Multivex

Multivex Mirrors - The Most Optically Advancec Vehicle Mirror Systems Ever Developed I don't see the 370Z listed, but I'm guessing they either (a) make them or (b) would make them since they have them for the 350.
