Seat belts dont feel in place?

i bought my 370z used and the seat belts dont seem right. when i put them on its like far away and i feel its getting stuck inside the plastic where the belt roller is inside the plastic..shouldnt it be moved more down toward the bottom of the seat or is it just like that/? pictures would help big time!! thanks guys
