CS Amuse or Amuse Rear Bumper in General Q.

Does anyone know if the styrofoam behind the rear bumper fits with the rear bumper, or it has to be removed? I know I had a little bit of trouble

Does anyone know if the styrofoam behind the rear bumper fits with the rear bumper, or it has to be removed? I know I had a little bit of trouble getting the rear bumper on with it on.
