I checked the thread pitch and it's the right one. I ordered it from Z1, so I doubt they would've sent the wrong one anyway. I removed the silver bushing,

I checked the thread pitch and it's the right one. I ordered it from Z1, so I doubt they would've sent the wrong one anyway.

I removed the silver bushing, same problem. Still won't thread on. The issue is the opening on the bottom of the knob. Its bottoming out where the shifter widens after the threads.
