Rev in tachometer
Is it just the manual transmission 370z that has the word rev in the top center of the tachometer? Do automatic transmissions have this or is that only for the synchro rev matching?

Check this thread out: REV on instrument cluster
It stays lit all the time and does not flash. It's just an indication of what the numbers on the dial mean. Same thing with the "MPH" on the speedo |

Different transmission, probably different harness, probably wont work..
Auto tachs don't have a shift indicator light, and they display different gears (P,D,R, etc) vs the manual transmission (1,2,3,4,5,6 and R) Why do you want to swap them anyway? Just to get the word REV to light up? Last edited by Ron; 08-11-2011 at 09:14 AM. |
