This Plasti Dip product is Awesome!

Juruki, looks awesome. How many cans did you use on those wheels? I will also be keeping my 19" Rays. I really dig em. Originally Posted by Juruki

I did all 4 wheels without taking them off, just covered the calipers and rotors. Less than 2 cans will get the job done.

I used 3 cans. You wanna do thick layers so it's easier to remove later.

I tried it on my rear valence and did not like it, to remove thin coats you guys can use duct tape (strong silver one) Just stick on there and peel off.

For wheels that's pretty ineffective but should be good on any mostly flat surfaces. I know that the one wheel I had that had a good amount of plasti dip on it was pretty easy to get off.

Yeah but then WD-40 is also a pain in the *** to get off. And it can't be used on a lot of surfaces without harm.

Good to know, I bought 3 cans at first and returned 2 as I figured it was overkill, so kept 1

I was going to surprise/scare the wife and do her 3 series wheels black overnight...but I guess I better get one more can incase she freaks and demands I peel it off lol.

Default tried it and removed it

A couple of months ago I tried plasti dip on my front emblem. it goes on and comes off as easy as everyone says it does. I ended up removing it because it kinda had a cheap 'fuzzy' look to it....did anyone else notice this or was it the way i applied it?

Did it looked like mine in my video? I have a close up shot of my emblems.
