Now is there something that we can spray to give it a bit of a gloss shine to it? There has to be a clear coat of this stuff right?
I didn't spray the inside

So you didn't lift the handle at all and spray? I am sorry man I can't picture it in my head right now for I have been in Afghanistan for 6 months so I can't remember what it looks like on the inside of my door handle right now I am looking at the picture you posted and thinking there is still silver showing from the handle.

No there's no silver showing on the handle unless you physically have the handle pulled out. I sprayed inside the area where your fingers go, just not the area that gets exposed when you pull the handle.

That's what I plan on doing. Spraying the inside finger area but not the part that gets exposed when you pull the handle, no need IMO.
