Did mine today. Came out great. Let's see if it holds up to the heat of AZ!

Nah, watch the video in the OP's 1st post and you'll see how it worked.

I went and bought a can with the intention of doing this myself. I think it would look especially nice on my brilliant silver. I had it all masked off and getting ready to spray. My wife came out and said, "What are you doing? That's gonna' be ugly. I like the shiny silver." Sigh. So I didn't spray it. I think I need to grow some.

Yes please grow a pair. My car is silver and I am thinking about doing this when I get home so I would love to see what it looks likes on the emblems and sports package rims.

Do it and see if you like it. If not, peel it off. No harm no foul.

If you need to take the plasti-dip off, use a little WD40. Is the easiest way as it breaks down the dip so it can be wiped off like dust. Hope that helps someone :)

worth keeping in mind that it doesn't respond so well to heat, and it sometimes makes it tougher to get back off...

I just peeled it off my front fangs from being on for about a year and i had no problems with peeling it off.

Hey guys:
I did mine with different color. I know it may look a bit weird. But I just want to match with the interior color. Doing the door handle paint next with other product :tiphat: here is some snap shot I took after the job is done. Not the best. I think it will not hurt if I peel it off :hello:
