If the car didn't come with DRLs, then the wiring probably isn't there. You could add all the OEM stuff, but that's too much work and money IMO. You can

You can use relays to get the "on when the headlights are off and vice versa." functionality you're looking for. We can get great pricing on OEM Nissan parts, too.
