Passenger Airbag?

Hey Guys,

Ive noticed that the light doesnt stay on when Im driving alone. Is it suppose to stay on the whole time? It lights up right at startup for a few seconds, then goes off...

yah, off no passenger, on when passenger is too light, off when passenger detected.

when my kid rode a long with me in his booster seat the light was on (SRS inactive).

Yea thats what I read. Its a little odd really. You would think the light would be on when nobody is in the seat also...

I'd be a little annoyed if my airbag light was on when I'm driving by myself. Probably why it's set up the way it is.
