Default A-Pillar Gauge Pod

Hi Everyone. I know this topic has come up before but I couldn't find if anyone had found the solution. Is there a gauge pod for our A-Pillar? Or is there a good universal gauge pod that fits nicely? I want to install an oil pressure gauge in two weeks and I plan on ordering everything in the next few days.

Thanks

i did a google search on this about a week ago... didnt find anything. but you can probably have on custom made... but that probably cost a lot.

i've looked at some universal ones, the shape are U-shaped, our a-pillar is more round so i dont think it look good.

Its very easy to make your own, buy a generic one.. i used the eagle talon/mitshi one
hacked it up so it sit nice and flush, put a screw in the middle to hold it there. go buy a small can of bondo.. fill the cranks i did like 6 coats of bondo. Then i sanded it alot, go backa nd fill the small pits then re-sand, Remove the screw and your done.. you can either paint it or get it rapped.. i had mine covered in real carbon fibre. after said and done it cost me 115 bucks but about 25 hours of sanding and bondo!
hope this helps!!

^^ 6 coats of bondo??

If you decide to hack one up... Use fiberglass.

Go to summit racing they have ones that fit any car. Usually 2 pods.

thin coats, and ive done them both ways fibre glass is way more work, and the only reason u use fibre glass is to get a shape, i already had the pod shape so why would i use fibre glass? makes no sense.

Thanks for the input. Do you have any pictures of the finished product? Also what gauges did you go with?

i dont have any pictures at the moment, because the car is getting my amuse kit installed all week. Iwent with the AEM digital because : they have a silver bezel ring around the gauge which looks like stock - black face plate like stock and the red led colour numbers, looks very close to factory, which i wanted. only down side, very exspensive.. I bought boost, wideband, oil pressure, heat exchanger temp.. i want a supercharger temp but i cant find one just yet..
