Default Fog Light Button

Hey guys, I'm sorry if this has been mentioned before but I'm on some limited time and hopefully I can get some answers when I get back home. I got EVOR's Foglight and was wondering if this: Fog Light Button will work with it?

Also, has anyone seen any vendors selling this button as it is really pricey on the Z store. I'm not sure if I want to pay more for the button than I did for the light itself...

I believe 180customs was selling this button at one point. It should work fine for the evo-r. You will have to cut the harness and hard wire it though.

No it won't. I ordered that set and didn't realize that it was sold w/o the light. Called them to order one , but they were out of stock for ? long, so I asked if the Evo -R would work with that particular harness and I was flatly told no. Went and found the JDM fog lamp at another vendor. Installed it works and looks great!

As far as the sw for the fog, I just used a rocker on mine. Bought 3 of the same and populated the 3 dummies for other functions. . Run a quick search. I forget who originally found the switches but they work pretty good.

Just wire it without a switch.....it's not that bright. I don't drive a whole lot at night, so I just have it switch on/off with the other lights. Chances are, if bought the rear fog light, you'll want to have it on 95% of the time anyways. Just buy the z1 wire harness kit and call it a day.
