SoCal 3M Clear Bra

If you are looking for either a clear bra or tinted windows in SoCal, you have to check out Ultimate Shield. They did a great job on my 40th Z and I wouldn't have taken it anywhere else. I would highly recommend them as they do great work and have exceptional customer service.

I have heard they do good work. You are blessed that there are numerous top quality installers in SoCal. Its where I got started so I know many of them.

Just curious on the pricing, how much did it run you and what panels did they cover?

Here is the link where you can figure out based on your vehicle what the cost is going to be. If you call them, just tell Sean that Patrick with the 40th Z told you about them.

Is it normal for the bra to turn yellow on white Z's. Had it less than a year.. Car is garaged kept and cleaned with plexus every 2 weeks.

Nope, not normal at all. It should be covered under the 3M warranty. Take it back to the installer.

Do not use Plexus on film. It will cause ther film to yellow. Rejex, Zaino, or an acrylic sealant is a much better option. We used to use Plexus until we started seeing yellowing in some of our customers film. We contracted a chemicals company to see if there are problems with either Rejex and Plexus for the films. The result came back for Plexus's butane that ends up drying (or burning) out the pores of the film. If the vehicle is driven right away, the dirt / dust tends to collect in these open pores immediately and over time causes the film to degrade
