scratches on interior door handles

there are 3 tiny scratches on the interior door handle. i cant feel them with my nail, is there any cleaner or compound that can buff them out

nnnnn... i would be VERY CAREFUL when polishing that thin multi-layered paint or watever it is. if you polish it, it will be shiny too...

i would leave it as is.
