Seat protector for seat belts

I'm a short guy with short legs so I have to move the seat forward further than most to reach the pedals. My seat belt rubs on the edge of the seat just above my shoulder. I am beginning to see some signs of wear on the seat (not to mention the annoying noise the seat belt makes as it rubs the leather) so I want to get some kind of protector to put on the belt. I have seen covers that fit around the belt and anchor to the harness ring so the cover stays in place but I can't seem to find one in any local stores or on the net. All I can find are covers that protect the drivers neck and are not anchored to anything. Without some kind of anchor you would have to constantly fight with the thing to get it in the right place.

Anybody have something like this or know where I can find one?
