Probably a jeweler or anyplace that works with metals should be able to do it. Just depends how deeply the lettering is engraved. If not too deep, shouldn't be a big deal. Only issue is whether its SS or chrome -- if the latter, the chrome will flake off in the process. Still, how hard can it be?
