Rear trunk/hatch cover or shade?
 

I was detailing my Z the other day, and saw these two hooks, one on each side. Common sense would tell me, that since our coupes are a hatchback, there must be some OEM cover that is available to latch on to these hooks and somehow cover up the trunk space?

Does anyone have the actual cover? If so, where can I get one? Mine did not come with one.

If not for a cover, then what are these hooks for?

The rear cargo over is available with the Touring Pkg

I'd suggest trying a local forum sponser from here. I'm pretty sure you could get a better price than heading to a local dealer. IMO

Sucks the base model didn't come with it...

Does anyone know if it reduces cargo space when used?

It is a shade and if the cargo is higher that height of the shade you may need retract the shade manually or in other words leave it unhooked from the hatch.

You also need to look inside the trunk at the space in-between the wheels and strut bar. There should be places to put the trunk shade. I you don't have them then good luck find all the interior parts to make the shade work.
