What chrome is he talking about? Paint will last just fine on the OEM handles - as long as they are prepped and painted properly. I'm thinking you're probably better off going somewhere else anyway.

Yes sir, I think you're right. Truth told, the more I think about it, I might just do it myself with them on the car. I figure a little scuffing paste and a red Scotch Brite pad, hit it with an adhesion promoter and it should stick just fine.
