FINISHED PICS ON PAGE 3!!!!!!

Here's a wheel I just started this afternoon. Its actually Carbon fiber/Red Kevlar.
I just started it, and when resin is added to the cloth it turns a darker shade of red. Its pretty nice stuff, very thin but kinda tough to work with compared to all cf fabric...I am doing the same with this as my other wheels i have done. Flattened the bottom of the wheel and stitching the sides back up with leather. Using a red stitch on this one though to accent the red kevlar.
This one doesnt have a home yet and when its done it will be up for sale. I may even do some kind of package deal with some other interior parts to go as a set.
Opinions welcome of course.

is the red similar to amber of the interior ???

Nope....Its a dark red...Here it is with the resin all soaked in. Its turns a shade darker.

That should look really good, but like someone mentioned imagine if their was an orange available that was similar to the amber of the car. I mean if you have the orange seats, and then this steering wheel w/ the orange touches, just wow. Does this type of color exist???

Yes, I have an orange...here's a pic I did a while ago...not sure how it compares to the car color tho...

I there a noticeable seam on the back side of the carbon fiber? can you take a pic to see what you would see from outside of the car.
