Are there any paddle shifter upgrades?

Thanks happy, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for I want a short crisp throw, with slightly larger paddles. Maybe an extra 1/2-3/4 inches. A perfect example would be

Maybe an extra 1/2-3/4 inches. A perfect example would be the chase scene in the movie "faster" - shifters that require a light flick, not a push. I find myself sometimes missing a shift because the tips of my fingers graze and slip off :S
