Make sure your battery ground is unplugged (and step on your brake pedal to drain power) before removing srs related as it can deploy. Usually there is an outer black lever you pull back (or up in some case) then another clip on the other plug to unlatch.

Are you serious, I did not know it could deploy like that....

Yes there is a black plastic piece and some yellow around it.

Yup. In general anytime you see a bright yellow set of wires and/or a bright yellow wiring harness connector, that's an active SRS/Airbag connection, and you really need the battery disconnected (and the brake pedal drain) before messing with them.
