Hey guys, my current stock bumper has a few nicks and scratches in it so I was thinking about swapping for a new one. My question is, why is the VIN number for the car on the top of the bumper? I was going to buy a bumper from someone else on the board, but I'm not sure I want a random VIN on my new bumper. Can it be swapped off for mine/has anyone else dealt with this? Thanks
