Headlight parts

Well, I have a problem. My painter messed up my headlight trim pieces for the passenger side. Truth be told I think we are equally to blame.
Here is the back story:
I tried to paint the passenger side myself and I didn't like how it came out so I brought both the passenger and driver side trim pieces to him to finish. The driver side looks great but he said that he forgot to add some chemical to the passenger side and it started to bubble up.
I brought the passenger bezels to him to fix about two weeks ago and I just stopped by to see them and they are destroyed.
Does anyone have or know where I could get just the trim pieces?
I know my best bet is to search junk yards but there are so few Z's out there that I figured I'd ask here.

Thanks!

Ok, so if there isn't any factory parts around does any one know where I can get projector style lenses that will fit the upper parking light bezel?
I've seen it done, just can't seem to find where to get the glass.

Unfortunately, it seems like headlight assembly components are not available for purchase. Your best bet is definitely the junkyard.

Visit TRS for projector lens and HID components:
The Retrofit Source online: headlight upgrades for all applications

I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to, but my modified headlights had projector lens for the turn signals. The new set being modded will also have projector lens.

Thanks for that site. I'll have to check it out a bit further but I think that may have what I need.

When they tried to remove the bubbled up paint it caused some damage to the clear part of the lens. I was thinking that I could just cut out the factory clear lens and replace it with a projector style.

I'll post pictures when I get the bezels back from the painter.

No problem at all... hopefully you can get it fixed soon. I had CinCity modded headlights for almost 2 years, and an accident a couple of months ago busted one of the headlights. Insurance covered the busted one, but I had to order the other side and get them both modded again (by another modder). Hopefully I can get it back next week.

Expect to see a similar look from the picture above, but with better (i.e., brighter) components. [evil grin]
