i talked to rick hah, i was going to order the same wing. had money in hand only reason i held back was because i never saw pictures of it (other than ricks car).
the Type 1 and Type II are the exact same wing too. It's just different mounting hardware, however the wing comes with hardware to mount it at both heights. |

Sorry guys, I'm hopefully getting it put on in the next couple days. The guy I'm having put it one has had thing after thing come up and push it back...tornado damage stuff that came through a couple weeks ago. I'll keep this updated though cause I'm past anxious about it. I'm kinda nervous...not sure how it will look cause I have the N-spec nismo rear bumper...figured I'd go for it cause I wanted one that not many people have. We'll see.

Well guys here it is. And here is my review:
I'm pretty happy with the wing, but install was ridiculous! We had to do some modifications to get everything right and the bolts wouldn't screw all the way up the rods so we had to make that work...we had to sand the bottom of the wing supports flat because it would not sit flush on the car without the ends of the wing touching the car...and some other details. Overall, if you do not have patience and a good body shop guy, it is a difficult spoiler to install. I decided to not install it "GT" style because I did not want chrome to show (decided it was a cheap look). But 4 hours later and finally done with it, I'm happy and glad its over with. It was scary drilling decent sized holes in the top of the deck lid and also from the bottom up. Any question? Feel free to ask because I know there isn't many out there that have this spoiler. I will get some more pictures of different angles tomorrow. |

Looks good. Too bad it's not an easy install.
