I have a damaged cubby lid so I decided to replace the factory vinyl with Hexis "carbon fiber" vinyl. I'm going to do stitching just like factory (I hope).
My question is, what kind of glue would I use to secure the vinyl to the lid. The factory vinyl had some kind of green glue/contact cement that holds the edges down. There isn't actually any glue on the backside of the visible areas, it just on the hidden edges. Suggestions? |
