Bumper/tire question

I have an aftermarket rear bumper, and I hate the way it is a lot wider than my tire/wheel. What is my best option to make my tires extend wider

Bumper/tire question

I have an aftermarket rear bumper, and I hate the way it is a lot wider than my tire/wheel. What is my best option to make my tires extend wider of push out farther to be flush with the rear bumper? Any other options besides spacers? Are there any other tire sizes I could put on the base wheels that would be wide enough to make it flush? Appreciate the help! I've added a picture to show what I mean, thanks guys.
