Paint 40th door handles to match rims?

I've done a lot of searching, but cannot find anyone that has painted their 40th door handles the same color as the 40th rims. Has anyone done this? If not,

Default Paint 40th door handles to match rims?

I've done a lot of searching, but cannot find anyone that has painted their 40th door handles the same color as the 40th rims.

Has anyone done this? If not, does anyone know where to get the paint code from the rims? I saw pics of the handles painted the same color as the car, which looked great, but I think matching the rims would be even better.

Thanks!

I'm heading to Nissan hopefully tomorrow morning, and if so I'm going to see if I can get the paint code for the rims. I'll post if I find out anything

Just paint it same as the car, you never know if you're going to want a different color wheel in the future and then it's going to look out of place IMO

Yeah you're prob right about no paint code. But I do know I won't swap out the wheels, I love the stock rims on the 40th. If for some reason I did, I could just repaint to match the car. I'll post pics as soon as I get them done, hopefully within the next few weeks!

Do you think carbon fiber door handles would work well with the 40th color scheme?

Yea, funny I was just looking at those on 370zsource. I think they would be too flashy on a lighter color car, but it may work on the 40th. I searched and can't find anyone that's installed the CF door hand kit though.

Agreed on color matching the handles to the wheels. I've also considered a carbon fiber door handle as well.

Several have painted their handles to match the car, similar to the rim color. Looks good. Check the 40th Anniversary section.

stay away from the carbon handles....

maybe mine are just bad, but the quality isnt the greatest, they crack quite easily and fitment isnt perfect...

How about going a different way and painting the handles to match the calipers. That's a cool theme. Red seats, red calipers, red door handles.
