I just came across this link
Window tint legal limits, by state. From the International Window Film Association... http://www.iwfa.com/News/StateLawCha...indowFilm.aspx http://www.iwfa.com/Portals/0/PDFDoc...03.27.2015.pdf To give credit where it is due - I was sent to this site from this site - there is a very informative video on how a tinter actually does his job. Here's Everything You Need To Know About Window Tinting If you found these helpful please consider giving me some rep power

Not so much a question about tint itself more the process. When a shop applies the tint they usually use a water/soap solution of some sort (I think the shop I contacted uses baby soap). When they're spraying the water/soap it will inevitably drip down the door onto the suede door insert. I'm worried it may stain or discolor the suede. Has anybody experienced permanent marks on the suede door panel after tinting? Or I am being completely paranoid lol.

Just had my 40th done with no issues. As long as you use a quality shop it shouldn't be an issue. If it helps ease your mind ask the tinter how he will protect it.

It's interesting some people are able to get tint visor installed on the front windshield, I wanted something similar but the guy that did my tint said it won't work due to the dot matrix
