For a second there, I thought I was in the Asian Girls thread.

That dress is too big on her. Nice tints though.

Yeah!
Oh... He said tints.

If you look closely, so are the shoes. But overall, she was very yummy!

When I had my tints done they only said light, medium, or dark. So of course I picked dark as you can see. Later, I found out after getting pulled over by a lady cop and checking my tint % it was supposely 12% Also, I did the brow strip on the front since the tint shop threw it in for free. Helps block the sun glare quite well.

Anyway enjoy!

Additional post, I have 30% tint all the way around and a 4.5 inch visor strip across the windshield at 5%. Nice during the day can be a little dark at night. Different states have different tolerances so you may want to ask the tint people when making your choice.

5% all around except windshield. 3M color shield. couldn't be happier with the results.

I'm getting my windows tinted, but I was curious.. is anyone having a problem when the tint is fresh (because you shouldn't put windows down for 24-hours) and opening the door, since the window pops down every time you open it? It annoys the **** out of me.

Jme370 03-09-2011 07:41 PM

No, but there is a rubber piece inside the front part of the door that your installer MUST get the tint on the inside of or else you will have the same peeling issue that a lot of people are having. As far as the auto seal, it shouldn't matter if tint is installed correctly.

15% in the back. 20% on the sides.

I'm planning to go 15% all around. Anyone have trouble driving in the night or anything? Any tickets?

"A 2 Z" that's really dark, especially for MD. A fix-it ticket is just a matter of time for you ;)
Here is what 35% 3M tint all around looks like on mine. Can perfectly see at night all the while being ninja shadow to others; still hang back when I see the police cruisers... precautionary step.
