Window picks up water on inner side

I notice inside my passenger side window picks up water when i rolldown and roll back up after rains and its not fully dry. It happens rear side of car about 2 inches thick. Im pretty sure its not normal.. Is this fixable at dealer??? The driver side doesnt pick up any water.

Z's have this problem water just gets trapped down in the door not a big deal
