Lets see your aftermarket seats!
Hey guys, just wanted to see what people are running for seats. Been thinking about this for a while as its a good way to get rid of some weight , but still not too sure considering its a daily driver. I was recommended some Recaro sports or speeds and since there haven't been any unified seat threads in a while, lets see what people are doing!

BRIDE Euro II:
I am 6'4" about 200lbs and fit similar to stock seats. They offer no extra head room but do provide better shoulder support/waist support. Only advantage I see using these over stock is you can use a 4 point harness with these safely. Though if you are really putting in a harness of that level I would suggest a bucket seat or a Bride low max. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/_w...928_181842.jpg https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/_w...928_181850.jpg |

I did get to sit in them a few times and the thigh area is about the same maybe a little tighter but the shoulder/waist area feels a bit more secure. |

If you post pics can you also post the specs of the seat like waist width, if it is higher/lower then stock, etc.... any and all info would be appreciated.

Even if you do not add the relay the airbag for the steering wheel works you just have a light on in the dash. On the passenger side, not with the Euro but with other seats you can add the plate which has the weight function for the on/off. |
Hey, those EURO II's look nice. I got a better pic here:
http://image.nengun.com/catalogue/or...de-euro_ii.gif $750 a piece though :( |
Sounds like you need my Brides...
|
750USD is cheap for BRIDE seats though, some of the bucket seats are 800+ and the low max series and 1200+
Status seats look great, any fitment issues Reaper with closing the door anything? |

The only aftermarket seats I want should have electronic adjustment.
most of the ones I saw are manual. wish my father would finally decide to get the GT-R V-spec seats so I try fitting the stock GT-R seats in the Z. |

Updated the Euro II post:
I am 6'4" about 200lbs and fit similar to stock seats. They offer no extra head room but do provide better shoulder support/upper waist support. Only advantage I see using these over stock is you can use a 4 point harness with these safely. Though if you are really putting in a harness of that level I would suggest a bucket seat or a Bride low max. Other use I could see for these is if you want your passenger to have a 'close to matching' Bride seat with your bucket seat but not sacrifice comfort. |
Here are the ones im putting in my 370z once it arrives at the end of this month.
Bride Stradia low max with the carbon kevlar backing. You think 750 is a lot try 2500/each lol http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h6...llbride004.jpg http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h6...llbride003.jpg Here they are in my old 05 STi http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h6.../krtboy005.jpg |
