Here's an update to my seats: I pulled out the fixed back Sparco Pro 2000 seats and installed Bride adjustables and Takata Drift II harnesses. I had the Drift IIIs at first, but the IIs just work better/easier for me. I chose these harnesses because I wanted Takata's that are street legal in Europe and the US. I also took out the OEM bar in the back and installed Robispec's chassis/harness bar, which I wrapped the Takata's around.

If I get bride stradia ii and bride RO rails how much lower than stock will it be? Also stock seat belt will work? And last question, does seat have any adjustability besides the back?

I have the Stradia's
I have the Bride Stradia II Sport's with the bride rails and they are 1.25" lower than stock. They weigh exactly the same as the stock seats and rails by the way, and make sure you don't have more than a 32" waist. They hold you in place great though, and the thigh bolsters aren't annoyingly large like the Gias. Only the back adjusts for tilt, no other adjustments, and the rails slide of course front to back. I purchased mine thru RavSpec and I got the RO rails.

I threw on some Cipher Auto seats before SEMA. Not bad considering the price point ($700-800/set). You will have to fabricate your own brackets as I couldn't find ANY that would fit. I don't know how they would hold up on real track use...but for show, they've been great

for all the bride questions, depending on the seat there are different rails. someone said RO for Gias/Stradia and it drop 1-2 inches (someone measure 1.25). You can also get the regular or super low cushion for the drop. you can use the oem seatbelt though it might require a bit of ingenuity to figure out where to bolt clip down. there are more than just the bride and stradia, I'm somewhat partial to their new Euroster seats

Great thread, which leaves me more confused then ever....
Plan on some Autocross this year, and want a little more support... but on this on height drives me up a wall and is my biggest fear 6'3" about 220, so with a helmet it gives me some concern, but all this helps... Thanks everyone for there comments

Just be careful with the Bride Low Max seats. I'm around 220 and can tell you that the Vios are a little on the tight side for my size.
