Buy one so we all can test sit in it.

I think I'm about to order one if you want to come to Detroit to try it. :P I haven't had any luck with finding one to try. :(

I think the Bride Lo-max with the low bracket would be one of the few exceptions to this rule.

Good luck... I hope you didnt go to cheap with the seats... No name brands are not worth the extra cash savings...

I got my seat. the universal brackets come with the seat are too short. is there some kind of universal bracket long enough for the Z and has adjustable width?

Not that I remember, but this is not my car but when I rode in it I do not remember there being any issues of fitment.

Oh, and apparently Status us getting pretty close to releasing some reclinables but I haven't been able to get an actual date out of them yet.

TerribleONE 03-23-2012 01:10 PM

Yea I wouldnt want to go to a fixed back seat for a street car.. I will be PMing you soon Scott.. Probably coils, amuse replica, then seats will be last. Then a second set of wheels! 20s this time :)

Universal bracket? I had the corbeau and switched to the buddy club side mounts and both fit PERFECTLY.... I stay away from "universal" fitment items.

My Stätus Ring GT-X just came today! Can't wait to get it in the car and go for a spin. Perfect size for me too (6'5" 34" waist) the belt guides are right at the top of my shoulders. My shoulders almost cover the guides on the cheap OMP TRS Plus I picked up for a temporary seat.

Still waiting on sliders... I guess no one else can drive my car for a while. ;)

Get some pictures up!!
How is headroom, feel you have more and might be able to fit a helmet?

sig11 03-24-2012 04:37 PM

Pics as soon as I get it in. Hoping I have more headroom.

Gah! The base may need new holes or I have to wait for the sliders. Hrm.

Edit: my OMP sliders need new holes too. ;_;
