Exterior lights don't go off on Auto setting
 

New 2010 370Z owner here wondering if things are not working correctly.
With the lights in the Auto position, I pull into my garage, turn off the ignition, exit, and close & lock doors - but the exterior lights never go off.
I have a non-nav model, and have read other threads re: timer settings for Auto-off, but nothing about the lights NEVER going off. Regards.

the factory default should be 45 seconds. never heard of them not turning off. the dealer can plug in the computer (consult III) and adjust the settings.

your lights will stay on for close to a minute before automatically turning off. give it time.

I puttered around in the garage for over 15 mins and they still had not gone off.

Just turn them off manually and check in with the dealer if they've been on for 15 minutes.

that is weird then. it's likely you just overlooked something. if not then take it to the dealer and have them take a look.
