Need some floor mats!

I'm having the same problem. I don't even have 10K miles on the car yet and the seam between the rubber and carpet where my right heel rests is starting

I don't even have 10K miles on the car yet and the seam between the rubber and carpet where my right heel rests is starting to fray and get a hole. Why is something like this not covered under warranty? That's just shoddy craftsmanship if it's ripping already at 9000 miles. I live in Los Angeles and these things have never even seen any sort of rough weather conditions.
