The need for a Second Cupholder

So I got the part ordered from Nissan and the dam thing doesn't come with any openings for the 12V plug or the navi options? Does the tray fit in

Does the tray fit in over top of those features and you remove the tray if want access to them? Did Nissan order me the right on?
