Talking Throttle body fingerprint?

Installing my intake today I noticed something in one of the pictures that I didnt see with the naked eye. It appears to me that there is a fingerprint/thumbprint on the butterfly valve on the drivers side throttle body. After reading all of the information about how precise and clean the Japanese are with manufacturing the engines, I am begining to wonder if I need to report someone...

So do I need to call the local CSI and Nissan American?

All kidding aside, it is interesting to me. Do you think it is a fingerprint? I do.

HA! No Dr. Watson, but I do have quite a few questions about installing the Stillen Gen 3. Do I REALLY need to oil the filters? The filters warn me that I need to, but the instructions do not. I am so confused...

No!! The filters come pre-oiled.. and K&N recommends cleaning and re-oiling at 50,000 miles, but most enthusiasts will do it around 35,000..

You just don't want to use the filters without oil.. aka cleaning them and not re-oiling them.

You're good to go out of the box.. they wouldn't be red if they didn't have oil, the filters would be a gray color.

They should already be oiled. I know mine where. You could see it in the bags they where in. Plus the little residue I could feel with my fingers. But the usually do from the manafacture.

Oil is not required at install or oil would have been provided. Enjoy them Like I'm enjoying mine

Wow, you guys are quick! Damn I was just joking. Hence the little "winky" emoticon. I find humor in way too many things. Guess I should be careful for those that dont wrench on cars...

Not much, titanium bolts on reassembly. Chopping a little aluminum on the bumper for the install (stupid nismo). Not much more tonight, too many beers.

Yep Pre-Oiled. As for the apperent finger print, think of it as a signature LOL, like they do on AMG cars.

I'm pretty sure if they put their fingers there they would be wearing white gloves, so a glove print at best.
