What all is needed to install these side skirts? Unlike the S-Tune which come pre painted and with everything needed the Nismo came with nothing and I had to get

Installing Nismo edition side skirts
What all is needed to install these side skirts? Unlike the S-Tune which come pre painted and with everything needed the Nismo came with nothing and I had to get them painted. I noticed on some pics that the S-Tune had some pre installed double sided tape and clips attached. Can I reuse the old clips and use my own 3M double sided tape?
