Gaugepod Removal
I am going to remove the gaugepod tomorrow. Just wondering if anybody has done this before and could give me any tips. I am planning on covering the top of the pod with suede to match the seats.

Good luck with that. It has been done several times on here for the force induction guys. You will have to rip out your entire dash to get to the center gauges.
Maybe if you just do a wrap then you don't have to remove all of it. |
Thanks pm'ed him

It would be very difficult to wrap those gauge covers without taking them off the car as you won't be able to spray adhesive in the car easily. The gauge hats are held on by a few clips and pawls so it should pop off with a little effort but those I have talked to said it is hard to do so without breaking any of the tabs or pawls. You have to pull up on it and it should pop off, if any break just glue the cover back on.
