AFAIK, Nissan only made the alcantara knee pads in black. $92 shipped for both pads if you use the link I provided on page 2.

has anyone checked to see if you can buy matching door panels inserts as a standalone item or if it would require purchasing the entire interior door panel?

You have to remove the shifter trim piece (faux leather panel) and then there are some screws that need to be removed. I think there are some clips that you pop to release as well.
