Suede Info
 

I am planning on wrapping some interior trim with suede to match my Touring door panel inserts but have not been able to find anything through searching about anyone finding a place to buy suede that matches the OEM black material.

Does anyone know where I should start looking for suede which matches the black Touring door panel inserts? Thanks as always!

Start by searching for Alcantara or faux suede, as that is what the material is, not real suede.

Good luck we are even trying to find suede that matches oem. I can supply you guys with some thats close but it's not a 100% match. But to help you in your search look up alcanatara or ultrasuede ;)

Thanks guys, I will give that a go and post back with some results. I may order a bunch of samples if possible and will post if anything fruitful is found!

Bullitt: how close of a match is it? I plan on starting low in terms of trim first i.e. the plastic interior door sills and kick panels so it is not like a 100% color match is crucial there. Maybe we can figure out some pricing if possible. :)
