Windshield Wiper Fluid barely coming out....WTF?

Both sides are barely coming out. At first, I thought I was low, I filled up and both sides are still barely coming out. They only hit the lower part of the windshield. WTF??

Any advice?

Take it to the dealership.

LoL At least yours are putting out something... I hit the switch for mine... the wipers move, but nothing comes out haha.

I could, but my local dealer is a Ford/Nissan(primarily Ford) dealer and they are a$$holes. I'm really trying to avoid them ever since they put Non-Synthetic Oil when I asked them to do Fully Synthetic.....

That sucks, man.

Measure the voltage if you can at the connection for the pump.
Make sure the orifaces are not occluded.

That's all I got :ugh2:

You want and can take it to any Nisssan dealer, other than the one you bought from!

I done this the other day and the passenger side went straight over the roof. Kind of funny.

Mine has the same problem - does not spray at all.
At first I thought the tank is empty but it is full.
Will bring to dealer next week.

Oh you're the guy who doused me and all the others on the freeway the other day.. :p

It's probably just some crap where the jets are on the arm.. q-tip and some cleaner should help.. maybe CLR if it's calcium looking?

I see you are in Jersey. Have you considered that they may be frozen? Are you sure the tank is filled with washer fluid and not water (depending on who would have topped off the tank)?

Just somethings to consider......

kenchan 01-21-2011 11:46 AM

yah, that could be. usually when the line freezes it freezes completely though.... pump will turn but no washer fluid.
