Daytime Running Lights
 

Does anyone know if the daytime running lights that nissan sells can be wired to come on at night when the headlights turn on instead of only being on during the day? I would like to know if anyone has done this

you have DRL? my 09 does not have DRL's to begin with so not sure wat you mean.

most of the time DRL's run 1/2 the power of high beams.

I don't see why they couldn't be. I have the MRWorks lights (Angel Eyes & Landing Strips) and mine can come on during the day or night with the simple push of a switch. I know these aren't the same type of lights you mean but I simply told a local body shop how I wanted mine to work and they had no problem doing it.

I guess they are..Like when is day time, they are on. Night time, I guess they can be on as well..

yea..just bring to a local shop and do a custom setup of whatever kind you want..I am going to do it later these days cause the projector lights were on with my halo eyes..Just want to turn that lights off

Just go to the dealer to have them shut off the DRL function. I just did that today. It can be reprogrammed using the Consult 3. Then you can use auto mode and it'll all come on at night and nothing in the day. I'm doing my own re-wiring to have only Angel Eyes come on as DRL.

Don't get them....they look too autozone/pep boys...

does anyone have them installed on the forum? are they bright
