I guess the only modification that is not considered "rice" nowadays is a fully stock car with $5000 rims. Where are the creative people? Imagine all of us driving around

I guess the only modification that is not considered "rice" nowadays is a fully stock car with $5000 rims. Where are the creative people? Imagine all of us driving around uniformed with lowered Z's and Volk TE37.
